Welcome to the New Home for Fun Fitness After 50

We (I speak as the queen of my technical team *waves at Rich and Heidi*) are still working on moving a whole bunch of Fun Fitness After 50 blog posts over from dailyimprovisations.com to this new website. And there are obviously other things still in progress for getting this set up, not the least of which is some art work being done by my artist daughter for the header. She has been studying logos as part of her graphic arts degree in college, so this is going to work out great for both of us! She gets to practice and I get good art at a discount. 🙂

Meanwhile, this is where I will put new posts. I think much of the information is highly useful to younger people as well, so don’t be shy about subscribing. No one is too young to hang out here. Now, let’s see if I can get my next post up before Wild Greg takes me out on a bike ride…
