3 Tricks to Help You When Swimming in Your Swim Spa

When people come try my swim spa, I give them hints before they begin swimming, but often those hints don’t make sense until after they have been swimming in it for a couple minutes. The first attempts at swimming in the moving current can be startling, usually because people try to set the speed too fast. There is also the different feel of moving water compared to still water in most pools. However, many natural bodies of water are moving, so learning to swim in the machine generated current helps prepare for these excursions, whether for vacation fun or competition. I’ve put together a short video demonstrating and explaining a few things that should be helpful:
